Feature documentary film showcases the political, economic, and social reality of the Syrian street after 12 years of war, through football, the most popular sport, and through the most important event in the world, “Qatar 2022 World Cup.” It tracked the difference in interaction, affiliation, and fanaticism for this sport as a means of distraction from the bitter reality. It revealed the weakness of local identity and the deterioration of the sports sector in the country.
